If you purchased on our website, you are eligible for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. We will provide you with a free return shipping label and RMA number for all authorized returns through our online store. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on expired products or products where less than 1/2 of the product is left in the box or bag.

It is important to note that any product sold as part of a short-dated promotion is considered a final sale and is not eligible for returns. These products are sold at a discounted rate because their expiration date is in the near future. The promotion will clearly state the short dated nature of the product and estimated expiration date range.

If you purchased directly from karnevoremountain.com in the past 60 days, our process is easy as 1, 2, 3:

  1. You can either email us at help@karnevoremountain.com with your order number or call our customer service team at (705) 467-0609 or (416) 971-6270 to start the return process.
  2. Our team will connect with you to understand your concerns and will provide you with return shipping instructions.
  3. You ship the product back to Karnevore Mountain in its original packaging, using the free shipping instructions our customer support team provides you.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 2 weeks for it to be processed, as some payment methods can take longer than others.

Note that refunds will be issued for the item’s actual purchase price. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund original shipping charges if any were paid.

Karnevore Mountain will credit the retailer once the return has been processed.
